Kilim.
On the Design:
Connoisseurs will admire this as a contemporary reimagining of Rollakhan and Rya rugs in the Swedish Deco style. This rug enjoys a subtle high-and-low texture married to geometric patterns in orange, beige and brown around the green open field. Keen eyes will further admire undyed, natural yarns interwoven for a look of striae and subtle color variation. This proprietary technique of ours both innovates and honors mid-century weaving techniques inherent to Scandinavian style. A comfortable, sophisticated contribution to the Swedish Deco aesthetic.
