Hand-knotted in wool, this 8x10 rug is from the “High” line of our pile rugs in Scandinavian collection - named for the smart high-low texture married to its geometric patterns.
On the design:
The thoughtful play of texture with design lends a sense of dimension and beautifully contributes to its movement. The teal blue and green tones underscore geometric patterns—particularly quartered diamonds, chevrons and stripes. Keen eyes will note how the patterns and colors meet in such a way that evokes a layered look, even without the added element of the texture.
