Mid-century Scandinavian Modern hand knotted wool area rug by Tabergs, Sweden circa 1970s. Reversible design. Gorgeous greens and light khaki browns (resembles a natural jute tone).
This rug is NOS (New Old Stock). It has never been used, sold or even walked on. Purchased as inventory by a prominent rug dealer in Boston in the late 70's who passed away shortly after. Kept in climate controlled storage ever since. Excellent, new condition, no issues whatsoever. A rare find, indeed!!
