This is a very rare Scandinavian Modern high-pile wool rya rug has soft, vivid tones of pink, purple, yellow, blue, red, green and white which brings a calm elegance to this versatile piece. On many of the color fields, the yarn is knotted using two colors in the same knot making this very vivid. The high pile creates a dynamic surface that shifts slightly depending on how it's brushed.
The design blends geometric shapes with an organic feel, incorporating triangles, squares, and other shapes.
