Vintage Swedish Wool Carpet by Git Gransjö Carlsson, Signed “GG", 1950 ( Mid-20th Century).
Handwoven wool on flax or cotton warp. Hand-knotted fringe on both ends
Professionally cleaned and in excellent vintage condition, the rug shows only minimal signs of wear consistent with careful use.
Signature: monogram “GG” woven into lower corner.
Dimensions: 167 cm x 233 cm (66 in x 92 in).
