With its striking appeal and saturated red color palette, this hand-knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak runner appears like a sumptuous Italian velvet, recalling the rich and luxurious design furnishings of a bygone era such as the reign of King James I in Jacobean England. The abrashed red field features four botanical medallions with complementary corner spandrels. It is enclosed with an angular leafy grape border. Natural abrash gradations authenticate this gorgeous vintage Oushak runner and create an inimitable warmth and nostalgic charm.
