On the Design: This piece is hand knotted in low-pile wool with a distressed, texture inherent to discerning works of this artist found today. The design marks the artist’s unique industrial art deco take in retro tones of beige-brown, pink, grayish-blue and red — a play of funky presence yet soothing repetition, exemplifying Müren’s style.
