About the Item
A simple yet beautiful wool flat-weave rug handwoven by the nomadic tribes in South Central Turkey that has a design of stripes in beige, brown and madder red and minuscule simple geometric motifs such as hooks and diamonds in various other colors scattered across the larger stripes. It also has braided tassels, that are traditionally placed only on one end.
This kilim rug is in very good condition, sturdy and clean. It is lightweight and reversible, both sides can be used. Ideal for both residential and commercial interiors.
We can modify the dimensions if requested, ie. make it shorter and/or narrower and we can supply a suitable rug-pad if requested for extra cushioning and protection from wear and tear.
