This antique, circa 1900, Oushak rug has a soft light brown field with diagonal rows of mole-brown bold palmettes each containing a light brown angular floral motif, linked by angular floral hooked lozenges and smaller hooked part lozenges, in a mole-brown border of light brown and light blue angular flowerhead and floral vine between multiple floral vine stripes.
