This bold rust-red rug is a traditional tribal Kilim woven in the early 21st century. The design has been woven with symmetrical tribal motifs in mustard, grey and blue accents. A bold repeating pattern layered border then encloses this. The colour palette and design in this Kilim make it the perfect accent accessory for any home interior. Suitable for styling with both Classic and modern spaces. Perfect for use as a bedroom, living room or dining room rug.
Kilim rugs have been used for generations on both floors and walls for decor and warmth and were initially created by nomads out of necessity to keep them warm. Constructed with only the finest hand-spun, organically dyed wool and cotton. The techniques and materials used in the making create a durable piece suitable for any high-traffic area in your home or office.
