This rare Turkish Gordis Mogul Oushak rug, circa 1850, features early geometric motifs characteristic of mid-19th-century Anatolian weaving. Woven on a wool foundation with a naturally aged “shabby chic” patina, the rug displays warm tones of ivory, rust, yellow, and red that highlight its historic charm.
