The straw-ivory field of this western Anatolian town carpet displays a generously spaced pattern of Harshang palmettes, flowering branches, floating leaves and a central sharply serrated leafy medallion. The peach border displays broadly drawn palmettes, some transgressing the inner guard, and small ivory rosettes and dark brown elongated leaves.
