About the Item
In this listing you will find a spectacular vintage Western Anatolian hand-knotted silk prayer rug. This Panderma rug features a Mihrab design pattern, with writings, and beautiful colors of cream, purple, burgundy blue and orange, is hand-knotted with silk on cotton foundation. The rug is signed (please check the last photo). Made in Turkey in first quarter of 20th Century.
Good vintage condition with some signs of time and use, such as signs of previous repairs of the edges.
