About the Item
This creative adaptation of the Persian Harshang ("crab") design features ragged palmettes, four arranged in a diamond pattern, with others emerging from the side and end borders, on the light straw field. Pointed, slanted teal ovals with "gooseneck" extenders. Beige/brown border with symmetric ragged palmettes alternating with cruciform motives. Light even, general wear, good condition with a coarse weave.
