Belgian Chic meets French Industrial in this hand knotted wool vintage Turkish overdyed rug. The faded botanical design and neutral earth-tone colors in this piece work together delivering a warm ambiance rooted in inimitable warmth and relaxed formality. A subtle French-style medallion encapsulated with opulent frondescence radiates from the center cascading with romantic connotations and a sense of feminine energy. Delicately woven genteel floral boquets are uniformly dispersed and seem to evanesce before one's eyes into the beguiling sea of tonal striations. In the same manner and equally elaborate, trefoil pendants, stylized florals and ornate botanicals intrinsically emanate from the corner spandrels into the field. Adding the perfect accompaniment, a densely patterned floral border and acanthus guard border seamlessly amalgamate into the composition.
