Handwoven in a wool flat-weave originating from Turkey, circa 1920-1930, this antique rug is a traditional Kilim rug enjoying a notably unique pattern, marrying Eastern European and possible Romanian design sensibilities that may connote an origin in this countries via nomadic Turkish weavers.
