Handwoven in a wool flat-weave originating from Turkey circa 1950-1960, this vintage Kilim rug is one of them most regal pieces of midcentury Kilim in our collection, enjoying the most organized and finely woven design with the softest yarns available in this equally rare play of orange and beige colorway. The orientation of the geometry in both the field and the uncommon blue border Meander has a natural sense of movement, playing a soothing sense of repetition against warm and fun hues alike for a look both effortlessly comfortable and notably unique-particularly well-suited in 4 x 10 size to narrow hallway, entryway, and living room projects.
