The shaded chocolate-brown field with a dense flowerhead vine and a stylized bold weeping willow tree in each corner around an large ivory lozenge medallion with angular vine forming open panels each containing stylized gardens of flowers, floral sprays around a central fox-brown lozenge with delicate floral vine, and weeping willows, flanked by ivory cartouches containing flowering floral vine, in a broad chocolate-brown border of bold fox-brown and ivory meanding palmette vine surrounded by delicate smaller floral vine between ivory, fox-brown, chocolate-brown multiple floral vine stripes.
