About the Item
The subtly abrashed greyish field provides a suitable backdrop for an asymmetrical array of floating ragged palmettes, torn leaves and other related, fictional entities. Accents in: red, lemon, medium blue, pale blue and cream. These elements, albeit on a smaller scale, and the same palette, reappear in the main border, giving a sense of aesthetic unity and continuity. Coarse weave, as new condition.
