Kilim. Its design features geometric floral patterns with bold industrial tones in a subversive new take on primitivist Oriental rug sensibilities.
On the Design:
Keen eyes for design will admire this rug as a magnificent fusion of modern and traditional aesthetics. Its particular motifs are loosely inspired by the geometric-floral patterns of Oushak and Agra rugs, never before seen in these black, gray and rust undertones and more abstract look. The silk further lends a subtle luster and metallic tone that plays fabulously with the light in any space. The concept of a vintage abrash is reimagined as a modern element of striae, teeming with movement and dimension.
