About the Item
This west Anatolian town carpet is a subdued study in ivory, and very pale green. The cream subfield is edged with small flowers and centres a lobed, pendanted and pointed medallion. The palest green border displays corner rosettes, palmettes and leaves, all in a geometric manner.
