About the Item

Turkish Rug Tribal Vintage Red Yoruk Carpet Anatolian Art Hand-Knotted Beautiful Turkish Yoruk rug with archaic design. Very good condition. Old Anatolian carpets have impressive motifs and natural colors that fit many interior styles such as European, Mediterranean, vintage and midcentury. The origin of the Yoruk rugs and carpets lies in the Orient, in the village of Yoruk in central Anatolia. The small town is world-famous for its high-quality carpets. Particularly expressive, high-quality carpets have been produced there for around two centuries. Typical of traditional Yoruk carpets is a graphic pattern, medium-fine weave, excellent wool and beautiful colors. Important Shipping Information: All of our rugs are shipped directly from Germany.
