About the Item
A truly rare sampler from my private collection is now up for sale: a "Vaghireh", a sampler of the famous Turkish Ushak carpet. Every large workshop has these samples available, which weavers use to assemble and weave large-scale carpets. It's very rare to find them for sale because they form the basis of their work: their "share capital."
