Hand woven in wool originating from Turkey between 1950-1960, this vintage mid-century flat-weave rug represents one of the most visually unique lines to join Rug
Kilim’s collection, a distinct layering of 1950s flatweaves creating a look both conversational and versatile. The play of the distressed, shabby-chic geometric tribal piece against the more placid blue background is both a playful juxtaposition of rich and gentle colorway as it is a complementary pairing of bold and subtle texture; a look so conversational and artisanally appealing while still offering a very versatile appeal in size and in the warm-meets-cool beige-brown,red, yellow, pink, and blue colorway hues.
