74476 Vintage Turkish Oushak Rug Runner with Mid-Century Modern Style, Hallway Runner. With its stately presence and vibrant colors, this vintage Turkish Oushak carpet runner features a traditional modern style. Along the center, two well-balanced stacked medallions with replicated mirrored palmettes outlined in contrasting borders float in a beautiful abrashed red field. Showcasing a remarkable geometric pattern rendered in an energetic combination of yellow and gray, every design element is brought into sharp focus. The borders are decorated with delicate florals, geometric and botanical motifs. Spandrels with lush boteh bloom with saffron flowers. The Oushak carpet runner is bordered with stylized tulips on a background of cream, edged in borders of rosettes. The overall impression of this vintage Turkish Oushak carpet runner is one of great unity and integrity. Rendered in variegated shades of ocher, amber, saffron, gold, scarlet red, brick red, ruby red, gray, dark gray, light gray, coffee, charcoal, beige, almond, champagne and accent colors. Well-suited for a wide range of interior styles: Abstract, Expressionism, Folk Art, Traditional, Modern, Mid-Century Modern, Contemporary, Industrial, Rustic, Lodge, Country, Tribal and Jacobean.
