52437 vintage Turkish Oushak runner with Mission style and warm, Earth-Tones 04'06 x 12'05. This hand-knotted wool vintage Turkish Oushak runner features three hexagonal medallions alternate with small bird-like motifs. Each medallion is filled with a cross motif on a mocha backdrop with curled Ram's Horn motifs created from the wash-out colored field. The three medallions float in an abrashed warm alabaster beige background. Thin mocha-coffee colored outlines with curled Ram's Horn motifs frame the inside of the composition, giving a sense of order and definition. It is enclosed with a variation of running vine border flanked with a washed-out outer guard border composed of stylized leaves. Warm and inviting combined with the right amount of necessary aesthetic elements, this Oushak hallway runner charms with ease and stays true to fine craftsmanship and the simplicity of Mission style. Perfect for a wide hall or entry, kitchen, hallway, corridor, bedroom, long bathroom, living room, library, den, mudroom, study, office, sitting room, walkway, foyer and entryway.
