With a bold geometric design and Islamic tile art style, this hand knotted wool vintage Turkish Sivas rug astounds with its beauty. The field is covered in a well-balanced all-over linear design composed of ambiguous Anatolian symbols. Clever organization between the different planes of colors bring harmony to this vintage Sivas rug distilling the key elements based on traditional Islamic tile artwork design. The vintage Sivas rug is enclosed with a botanical border flanked with an inner and outer angular guard bands and subsidiary guard stripes.
