With its Expressionist Cubism style and postmodern vibes, this hand knotted wool vintage Turkish Tulu rug draws inspiration from Paul Klee and Douglas Coupland. The checkered pattern design in this vintage Turkish Tulu synthesize beautifully with modern architecture. Energetic colors of red, violet and black combined with the abstract asymmetrical patterns is the perfect foil to a clean unadorned interior. Hand knotted by the Turkish artisans, this vintage Tulu rug features an all-over checkered grid pattern composed of small squares in alternating colors. While they may seem whimsical and random, they are very telling of the rug weaver's personal experience and life events. With its blended palette of rust, sage green, black, blue and violet, this vintage Tulu rug will add instant warmth and personality to nearly any neutral space.
