This vintage 4x9 distressed style rug is a new addition to Rug
Kilim’s midcentury Pasha Collection. This line is a commemoration, with rare curations we believe to hail from multidisciplinary Turkish designer Zeki Müren.

This Industrial Art Deco piece enjoys a rare use of aubergine with teal floral patterns—an unusual, exciting choice for its period. To see atypical colors used in the most complementary way is a celebrated calling card of Müren’s most distinguished works like this Boho-chic rug and its sense of whimsy.
This midcentury Zeki Müren rug further enjoys good condition for its age and origin. Its hand knotted wool pile has been lowered, which lends it the look of distress in the texture.
