This 4×6 antique tapestry is handwoven in a luxurious play of silk and velvet—a rare curation from Rug
Kilim’s European rug and tapestry collection, originating from Italy circa 1910-1920.
On the Design:
A play of pale green, navy blue and beige-brown underscores the elaborate, textural series of floral patterns, vase and architectural pictorials both the field and border alike enjoy.
