This exceptional rug is part of the Boccara Artistic Rug Collection, a series established over 25 years ago by Didier Marien, who continues to personally oversee the production of each piece to ensure unmatched quality and artistic integrity. Hand-knotted by artisans in Boccara’s dedicated workshop, which employs over 300 skilled weavers, this rug represents the perfect harmony of centuries-old craftsmanship and contemporary design.
Woven using only the finest raw materials, including luxuriously soft New Zealand wool and natural silk often referred to as “soft gold,” this rug embodies elegance, durability, and tactile richness. The yarns are dyed with eco-friendly, natural dyes and are available in a palette of more than 800 custom colors, allowing for precise artistic expression and design fidelity.
Each rug in the Boccara collection is made using traditional weaving techniques, ensuring both structural excellence and aesthetic sophistication. All Boccara Artistic Rugs can be individually customized in terms of size, shape, and material, offering collectors and designers a unique opportunity to acquire a piece that is both timeless and tailored.
