Questo tappeto ispirato dall’arte di Sonia Delaunay, celebre per le sue composizioni geometriche e il suo uso innovativo del colore.
Presenta un design astratto e dinamico, caratterizzato da linee sinuose e forme geometriche che richiamano un paesaggio stilizzato, un tramonto sul mare. Al centro spicca una grande forma semicircolare con un cerchio interno, composta da bande di colore ocra, rosso, bianco e marrone, che suggerisce la sagoma di un sole calante.
Il resto della superficie è attraversato da onde e striature multicolori: blu, celeste, viola, rosa, ocra, marrone, nero e bianco si alternano creando un effetto vibrante e armonioso. L’insieme trasmette movimento e calore, grazie alla combinazione di tonalità calde e fredde.
La lavorazione è in pura lana e le dimensioni sono di 115 × 180 cm.
