A charming 18th Century French Louis XV high-back fauteuil. With a tall upholstered back and generous seat, flanked by scrolling arms above a finely carved apron. Raised on elegant cabriole legs with carved detail to the knees and shaped feet. A wonderfully decorative chair with strong proportions, ideal as a bedroom, hall or fireside accent piece. Circa 1760.
