About the Item
Italian mid-century lounge chair, 1960s, featuring a sculptural upholstered shell, tapered black metal legs and articulated feet designed to adapt to uneven flooring. The form and construction reflect Italian postwar modernist design, in the manner of Marco Zanuso.
The original upholstery shows notable wear and is suitable for reupholstery. Legs display scratches from age and use. A well-proportioned and elegant vintage lounge chair.
