This elegant and truly exceptional early Viennese Biedermeier armchair was made in circa 1825.
Viennese Biedermeier pieces are distinguished by their sophisticated proportions, rare and refined design, excellent craftsmanship and continue to have a great influence on modern design.
This early Viennese armchair has a lovely walnut wood and veneer accentuated by a deep amber tone and 200 years old patina.
The piece sits well and is very comfortable.
The upholstery beautifully emphasizes the warm amber shade of the walnut wood.
The refined details of this elegant armchair are highlighted by beautifully carved details.
We are providing a Certificate of Authenticity.
The piece is in very good condition.
