A very fine early 19th century mahogany framed library armchair, the curved top-rail above button back upholstered in leather, with raised padded arm rests and down scrolled arms which sit above the front turned legs and brass wheel casters, the back saber legs ending on brass castors. Circa 1825 Irish Measures: H: 37.41 in / 95 cm ; W: 26 in / 66 cm ; D: 26.38 in / 67 cm Height to the top of seat: 17.71 in / 45 cm ; W: 20.86 in / 52 cm D: 20 in / 51 cm.
