A light-brown, antique Swedish set of six Karl Johan period armchairs in good condition. The Scandinavian dining chairs are made of hand crafted Birchwood with shovel-shaped backrests, recessed volute arms, and newly upholstered seats and saber legs. Wear consistent with age and use, some minor repairs. Circa 1830 Malmo, Sweden, Scandinavia. Seat 17.5" H x 22" W x 21.5" D.
