About the Item
We are delighted to offer this lovely pair of antique Georgian circa 1760 carver armchairs
A very good looking and well made pair, these are a his and hers pair so ever so slightly different. They have Georgian H frames so if you sit the chairs on their backs and look at the stretches they make the letter H. Each one has wonderful delicate carvings, tapered legs, hand carved joints, they are wonderful chairs. One of them has very old repairs which I love to the bottom back
The pair are in wonderful original condition throughout, we have cleaned waxed and polished them leaving the original patina
