About the Item
An absolutely beautiful antique Swedish leather armchair. We have recently imported this from Sweden, it dates from around the 1900-1920 period.
The quality is superb, it is of generous proportions and it is very comfortable. The seat is well sprung, the frame sits on solid oak splayed legs. The leather has a gorgeous brown colour tone, we have had this revived and enhanced by our leather restorer.
The legs have also been re-polished, this is in excellent condition for its age. There is just some minor wear, light marks and crackling here and there, commensurate for age.
