On offer on this occasion is the rarest of the rare, it being a superb B&B Italia "Almora" Armchair and Footstool, dressed in a beautiful, peerless, top-grade leather in Dark-Grey, and with a Natural Merino headrest.
As you will no doubt be aware by your interest in this Doshi
Levian masterpiece, B&B Italia pieces are the epitome of contemporary European furniture design, are of peerless quality, and exhibit detailing and execution of an unrivalled standard.
In a world of temporary pleasures, B&B Italia create beautiful furniture that remains a joy forever and, in particular, this breathtaking example is simply to-die-for.
This piece is in superb, immaculately-maintained condition and, having been rarely employed (if ever) across its short life to date and, as a consequence, is entirely free from fault, flaw or damage. Its fine order reflects the TLC and remarkably considerate use afforded it in the past and, whilst possessing the odd (very) light-mark as you might expect, presents as well as anything you could ever hope to acquire.
Please view the images provided to confirm its superb condition and impeccable appearance. There are a very small number of light (and i mean light!) superficial blemishes across the seat, arms and backrest as you might expect, and an equally-small number of marks to the painted-metal finish on the frame and legs but, aside from this, it would comfortably meet the requirements of all but the strictest of perfectionists.
The dimensions of the armchair are H-105cm, W-106cm and D-84cm, with the footrest measuring H-42cm, W-76cm and D-49cm, and the breathtaking seating position this iconic modern-design creates is enhanced by the use of sumptuously comfortable, generously-upholstered composite-filled back and seat cushioning, which leaves you powerless to resist its charms.
Costing in excess of £13,500 when new, it represents spectacular value for money, and we have no doubt it will serve and delight its new owner for many years to come.
