This is an early Pair of MAX Armchairs, initially designed by Ray and Charles Eames in 1953. This particular pair of chairs was produced by Zenith and Herman Miller in the USA in ca. 1953. The listed price includes the pair of two chairs. The shell seats of the chairs are comprised of orange-red fiberglass, and their X-bases are made with tubular steel covered in black paint.
