With two tusks stretching outward and four legs firmly rooted to the ground, Elephant evokes the majesty and strength of its namesake, offering a wide and welcoming seat. This iconic armchair by designer Karen Chekerdjian blends bold forms and primitive volumes with fine woodworking, resulting in a piece that conveys both solidity and comfort.
The base is crafted from solid ash wood, turned, shaped, and smoothed to perfection. The structure is made of hand-worked saddle leather, complemented by a generously soft goose-down cushion for maximum comfort. Following a sustainable design ethic, Elephant is conceived for durability and longevity. The armchair can be paired with a matching pouf.
