Royal House Antiques Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this stunning original late Victorian hand carved in England harvest throne armchair with original upholstery and English Porcelain castors Please note the delivery fee listed is just a guide, it covers within the M25 only for the UK and local Europe only for international, if you would like an accurate quote, please send me your postcode and I’ll provide you with the exact price. A very good looking well made and decorative throne armchair, the back is carved with the words "Labour 7 Wait" with wheatgrass which is a phrase that relates to crop harvesting. The chair has the original manufactures plaque to the rear which reads as follows "MANUFACTURED BY THE CO-OP WHOLESALE SOCIETY CABINET FACTORY BROUGHTON MANCHESTER" The chair is made from solid English mahogany, the upholstery looks to be circa 1930's, its amazing that its survived this long, it has worn and cracked here and there We have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, it’s in good original order. Dimensions Height:- 134cm Width:- 64cm Depth:- 76cm Seat height:- 56.5cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask.
