An attractive pair of mid 19th century french Louis XV st. Carved armchairs in dark patinated oak. The pair with wide seats have a heavily carved back with scrolled acanthus leaves amidstA lattice design and blossoming flowers. The pair raised by cabriole legs with front casters, have a wonderful front carved apron. The seat and back are upholstered in a floral needlepoint.
