A crisp late-18th/early-19th-century Directoire armchair from France, hand-painted in an aged ivory hue with charcoal accents. Both fauteuils feature a subtly flared back, scroll arms on turned baluster supports, and tapering legs with carved neoclassical details, natural linen. Two available.
