George Freeth Roper. Probably made by Kendal Milne
Co for Herman Schill. An Aesthetic Movement Walnut armchair with a row of fine barley twist turnings to the upper back, and a shaped back rest below. The back legs curving back with incised circular decoration and further turned details to the arm supports, the turned legs united by further finely turned stretchers found on other known chairs. With newly rushed seat.
