George III mahogany Gainsborough library chair in the Manner of Thomas Chippendale, the rectangular padded back and seat are covered in muslin fabric, the partially padded arms and coiled acanthus handholds above down swept blind fretwork carved supports, lifted on conformingly decorated square chamfered legs on castors, England, 18th century
