We are delighted to offer for sale this hand made in England, George Smith Signature Standard arm style armchair with American flag Kilim seat cushion and black leather upholstery.
A very good looking well made armchair, based on the original model by Howard
Son's which was later adapted by George Smith, I'm not sure exactly who made this but the work is to a very good standard
The combination of leather mixed with kilim is very rare, it gives it a really lovely country house look and feel, I have never seen an American stars and stipes kilim flag before anywhere other than Ralph Lauren
Condition wise, the pair look amazing, there leather has a nice vintage patina throughout.
