A Kaare Klint 'Bergere' chair.
Mahogany frame with rosewood inlays and woven French-style cane, mounted with loose cushions upholstered with Niger leather.
Designed by Kaare Klint, 1932 and manufactured by cabinetmaker Rudolf Rasmussen, Copenhagen, model 4488. This chair being from the production app. 1940s.
A beautiful and rare chair in very good condition with all canes intact and original.
