A magnificent pair of large Howard-style armchairs, beautifully hand-dyed in rich brown leather with a deep patina that only improves with age. These chairs epitomise the timeless elegance and comfort associated with the iconic Howard design – renowned for its generous proportions, gently curving lines, and unmatched seating comfort.
The leather upholstery has been carefully hand-dyed to achieve a warm, mottled finish that enhances the natural character of the hide, while brass stud detailing adds a refined decorative touch. The feather-filled seat cushions provide luxurious softness and sink-in comfort, perfectly complementing the solid, supportive frames.
Each chair rests on turned mahogany front legs with brass cup castors, allowing easy movement, while the back legs are plain and sturdy for stability. The overall construction reflects exceptional craftsmanship, ensuring these chairs remain both functional and stylish for generations. From personal preference, this pair of armchairs is one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat on.
